- 15% savings on energy costs, with an average of 63 €.
- Less wear and maintenance of your hot water appliances, with an average saving of 200 €.
- Less wear and tear on clothing and linen, which saves an average of €177 per year.
So together about 650 € on an annual basis, for an average family. And with the price increases since the research, this already rather became 750 €.
A study conducted in America by the independent Battelle Memorial Institute, an independent testing and research center for applied scientific and technological development, supports Aqua Belgica’s findings. This study was conducted in 2009 under the direction of the Water Quality Research Foundation (WQRF).
